Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Day 2: Srinagar to Panikhar (Drive)

Distance: Approx. 9-10 hours by road

Activities: Early morning drive to Panikhar in the Suru Valley. The journey offers scenic views of lush valleys, rivers, and distant Himalayan peaks, particularly Nun and Kun mountains.

Accommodation: Overnight in a homestay or camping in Panikhar.
Day 3: Panikhar to Kanital (Trek Begins)

Distance: Approx. 10-12 km | 6-7 hours

Activities: Begin the trek from Panikhar to Kanital. Walk through pristine landscapes, crossing streams and traversing beautiful meadows.

Highlights: Views of the mighty Nun-Kun peaks, interaction with local shepherds, and abundant wildflowers.

Day 4: Kanital to Humpet

Distance: Approx. 13-14 km | 6-7 hours

Activities: The trail from Kanital to Humpet offers scenic valley views and steep inclines through lush meadows.

Day 5: Humpet to Sukhnai Village

Activities: Cross the Margan Top at an altitude of around 4,300 meters, one of the trek’s highlights. Descend into the Warwan Valley, eventually reaching Sukhnai village.

Day 6: Sukhnai to Inshan Village

Day 7: Inshan to Margi (Trek Ends)

Activities: A relatively easy descent toward Margi, completing the main trekking section. Enjoy the simplicity and beauty of the valley as you wind down the journey.

Day 8: Margi to Srinagar (Drive)
